We believe that understanding where trainers are coming from is the key to providing a valuable product to the industry. Last month, we conducted a survey of 1,245 Australian personal trainer businesses. We asked them to tell us about their experiences in the fitness industry: Where they succesful? What were their challenges? How did they promote themselves and how do they currently manage their clients? The results were eye opening.
